Live recording from the „Domplatz Open-Air, Tonkünstler & Friends“ concert on September 11, 2025 in St. Pölten. Performed by Katharina Strasser and the Tonkünstler Orchester Niederösterreich under the direction of Lorenz Aichner and broadcast by ORF Niederösterreich. “Die Reblaus” is a classic Wiener Lied, especially cherished in the version sung/spoken by Hans Moser. It tells the tale of a true Viennese fellow who’s convinced he must have been a tiny vineyard pest (a grapevine louse!) in a former life, because only that would explain his deep affection for wine.
